At OPSS Design & Building Workshop our firm belief is that the way our surroundings are expressed directly influences the quality of our lives, may it be our home, workplace or a public space. We acknowledge that architecture emerged and evolved over the years to satisfy needs of people. By being sensitive and responsive to the culture and climate of a space, architecture has the power to transcend the physical into the spiritual realm.
We believe that therein lies the true appeal of architects of this modern era. We strive to be leaders and proponents of those beliefs. We endeavour to create elegant and innovative designs that meet the requirements of our valued clients, while ensuring all developmental guidelines and developmental guidelines and recommendations are fully met. Our Approach
We at OPSS Design & Building Workshop work collaboratively, by bringing together owners, users and the professionals to share a wealth knowledge, to achieve great results and enhanced solutions. We consistently seek creative opportunities within projects we undertake. After the initial meeting with the client and the brief, we deliver the concept design and then proceed on to complete DA documentation through our team's liaising with the Local Council or Private Certifying Authority. We also undertake tendering on client's behalf and then liaise with the builders to see construction to completion.
